Will this build hold my rig and if I can oc it?

Hi everyone!
I have a few questions.
I want to build a DIY NAS/Cloud. And pick mine owe hardware.
- Corsair Certified CP-9020091-NA RMx Series RM650x650W 80Plus Gold (Full Modular)
- R3 2200g (already bought it)
- ASRock AB350M pro4
- Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR4 2666 MT/s
- M.2 Drive
- WD Red Pro WD6003FFBX 6TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" x3/x6
- BitFenix Phenom BFC-PHE-300-KKXKK-RP Midnight Black
- Processor GPU
It'll hold each other? And if I'll overclock the motherboard. Because I don't have any dedicated GPU, What point of temps I need to stop rising?
