So I recently decided to switch from console gaming to pc gaming.I've been working on my first build here http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jjW4kL I built within the price range of a console ,but can this rig get equal or better performance than a console? What kind of fps can I get with this rig? Can I play 1080p on high settings? And will the cpu bottleneck the gpu? Thanks in advance!

Solution
You would need to overclock that FM2 setup to get gaming performance out of it. Even then it is a budget CPU so temper your expectations. A better spend of $600 would be below. Unfortunately you already purchased the Corsair CX power supply... It is less than desired for its poor capacitors. Consider replacing it, but it will be OK for now since your max power draw is relatively low.
