Not planning to overclock, was wondering it it would overheat without case fans except for the included one on the back of the case.

For AMD builds, the stock coolers are usually good enough to keep things cool if you don't OC. If you buy that now, you should be fine, then you can always upgrade your cooling when you have some extra money so you could do some overclocking.
