Hi,

Wondering if this build would play Battlefield 4 and Watch Dogs on Ultra at 60FPS on a 1080P monitor.

I don't want to sound like one of those N00BS who just put together a build in a hour and comes and troubles the MODs, I have researched for a month and just wanted to see if it can nail my benchmark game.

However here is the build:

Yep, that'll do it. As long as you don't use supersampling. Well, not sure about Watch Dogs, since there's no documentation out for it yet, but if it's anything as demanding as ACIV, you'll need to turn a setting or two down to High (or use FXAA/SMAA) to get an average of 60fps, otherwise you're looking at 45fps.
