I know it is not the best, just trying to put together a good enough build to upgrade from ps3:

Motherboard:
Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2 Motherboard (Socket FM2+, A68H, DDR3, Micro ATX, PCI Express 3.0)

HyperX FURY Series 4GB DDR3 (2 of them for 8GB)

Hard drive:
WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch

GPU:
Palit NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2GB STORMX Graphics Card

Power supply:
EVGA 600 W 80+ PC Power Supply

Optical drive:
LG GH24NSD0 24 x DVDRW Internal DVD Burner

Windows 7:

Also, please let me know if you know a build that would suit my requirements.

Solution
That's not going to be very good..you want to do 500 for the pc itself. But if you are ok with 720p gameplay on low settings, it should do fine.
It won't run most games (BF1, GTA V, etc)..reaosn being is that there is a 1050 2GB which is not powerful enough to produce those type of graphics. Also you are running a very old processor..so I see you are best off in the UK..what games do you plan on playing? and what is your budget?

I probably won't be playing the newest games and i am not expecting it to perform well on more demanding games
As long as it can play a lot of games at a level that doesn't ruin the experience.
I am not buying at the moment as I don't have any money, but for the whole set up (PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse etc.) it will probably be about £500, not sure though

it's a little bit over budger ($7), but here you go:
