I want to get a game called Stranded Deep, It's pretty popular now and I want to run at high settings at 1080p. I run Rust at fantasatic settings currently but will this build do?

GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X (Tri-x)
CPU: Intel quad core i5 4460
PSU: EVGA Supernova B2 750 watt PSU
