Every build is limited by SOMETHING. The included 450W power supply in the case will be the limiting factor for you.

Okay, but assuming everything is on max load the system only needs 260 W according to pcpartpicker. How is 450W not enough for this?

You asked about bottlenecks. To me that includes long term expandability. I don't game, so I can't comment on game performance.
