Why are you pairing such an expensive motherboard with a relatively cheap PSU?

Have a look at socket 970 boards like the Asrock 970 Performance or the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P they have good overclocking potential but cost less than $100

Yes 600 is plenty just dont plan on doing any crossfire or overclocking with that PSU.

As long as you have a fan or two in the front pulling air in and the rear and top pulling out you should be fine. Make sure you do nice cable management as you can only benefit from better airflow and a nicer looking rig.

You might want to buy an extra fan for the rear exhaust. I think that case takes a 120mm fan at the back.

Yes as the Corsair CX series uses poor capacitors.
