I'm a first time builder and I'm looking to build a pc with new parts. I've done some research and I think I'm good to go - just wanted to check that there's nothing wrong with the build before I buy everything. Any suggestions are welcome but I do have a budget of £800-900 so I can't go crazy.

Thanks. :)

Edit:
I also don't particularly want to overclock.

Thank you all for your advice - it's all been very useful. I've made some final changes and I'm a bit over budget but its not a big deal. I decided to get some extra case fans for the rear as the case doesn't seem to come with a rear fan on it's own but I'm not sure whether that's necessary (some feedback on that would be great). Here's the updated build.
