I'll be using this for gaming, I play league of legends. I'll also be using this for Adobe programs like Photoshop as well as Dreamweaver, Flash, and Illustrator (Not all at once of course). I'd say my budget is around $400-$700. I think upgrading the graphics card would be the first step haha. My idea was to buy the GPU early and use it on my current (outdated) rig. I could then recycle it and use it on the new rig that I'll be building. I wont be done buying/building this rig until July of 2014. Should I wait until July to buy a good GPU, and not buy the one I listed for the outdated rig? (Saving $60ish, but spending $100-$200 on the new GPU). Or should I buy the GPU listed and then trash it/sell it and buy the new GPU for the new rig? This might have been hard to understand, sorry!

In about two months time AMD's FM2 socket will be replaced with FM2+ to run the new Kaveri steamroller APU's that are much more powerful . If you want longevity then dont buy anything till you want to use it .

Depending on your current pc the smart move might be to buy a better graphics card now and use it till you can afford to update all the other components

So as far as the APU, and motherboard, you're saying hold up on the APU, as AMD is coming out with better ones in 2 months time. Im saying definitely get an FM2+ mb is you are going to build using an APU .

But dont buy hardware over a long period . Buy it all when you can afford it
