Hey guys I'm currently building a new pc from scratch and I would like to know if this build will work. I'm sorry if this troubles you

Yeah you could get the H170, but only the Z-series (Z170 in this case) support overclocking. So yeah, the Gigabyte H170-HD3 is a decent board, but it doesn't support overclocking.
Looks good although I don't see why you'd get an unlocked CPU with a low end motherboard that doesn't support overclocking (unless you plan to upgrade later on of course, in which case it might be wise to get a board that supports DDR4). Also, make sure the DDR3 you want to get runs at 1.35V instead of the standard 1.5V.
