Will this build work?

I just really wanted to know if this build will work or if there will be any compatibility issues.

Case: Corsair Carbide 300R (windowed)
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
CPU: AMD FX8350
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) 1600 MHz
GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 760 OC 2GB
Cooler: Cooler master hyper 212
Memory: 1TB HDD (don't want an SSD yet)
OS: windows 7 64bit home premium

also I only have an extra £50 for changes!

It will, but if this is for gaming only 8GB is more than enough for ram and you would need a better PSU if you plan to overclock.

i dont really want to overclock as i dont exactly know how but the build will cost me

£65 for case
£68 for psu
£94 for mobo
£134 for cpu
£192 for gpu
£26 for cpu cooler
and i already own everything else
so total £580


also my main concerns was whether the gpu would fit inside the case as it is 295 mm long and whether the cooler would also fit.
