Solution

Then you can go for i5 4570, atm the difference between price of Z87 and Z97 is tolerable, not to mention Z87 won't support haswell refresh but Z97 will. If you don't OC then you can go for H97 which is a bit cheaper than both of them and support later gen of CPU
BTW, that case...

1. change your i5 4670 into xeon E3 1230v2 (assuming you don't OC atm)
2. change your mobo from Z87 into H97 or Z97 (if you plan to overclock in the future)
3. you can use the corsair 200r case, only 49,99$ simple but elegant

that xeon E3 is not avail in my country sorry. Z87 is okay for the budget at the moment. when the prices went down for the Z97 we'd get em instead of the Z87. I'll check that case. It needs to be Mid tower. Thanks for the response

Honorable
Switch to H97 (or Z97 if you're getting a unlocked processor later) Sorry if I go over budget but

wont bother going SLI. Just wanted a decent mobo. OC the i5 4670k while running the GTX 770 Palit Jet stream, not to mention he'll add like 3 fans and a CPU cooler. So the 600w would be fine
