Hey guys, I designed this build (it's my first one) and ran it through PC Part Picker, it found no errors. I wanted to make sure it's good. The prices are incorrect, as I am in canada and found a bundle. The GPU I'll be upgrading within in 1-2 months, I'm strapped for cash right now. How is the build? Is everything compatible ans supported? Should I pick any different parts? Thanks for any input!

Solution
Trust me.
With this i3 build, you will be able to play:
Crysis 3 at medium-high @ 60 FPS
BF4 at medium-high @ 60 FPS and
GTA V high @ 55-60 FPS
Also, you can switch the CM Hyper TX3 with a CM Hyper 212+ or a 212 EVO.(If you want)
But the TX3 will do its job. 😉
All the best. :)
Yes it will, but you can change some of the stuff to make it a better build.

That build sounds great and I'm almost drooling over it, but it ends up being too expensive in Canada, as the extra shipping charges, different websites, and overall price of the components all add up. Can you recommend anything cheaper? Thanks for the help.

It can't get any better than this:

You can just OC the R7 260 by 100 MHz and you will get to the R7 260X clock speed. You save $20 doing that!!

He can save more money by taking a Celeron G16xx and not an i3. I will cost around 40$ and as I know these two Celerons are better than i3s. I have the G1610 and play Crysis 3 at high ~50 fps with a gtx650 oc 4GB vram
