ok so ive literally maxed out my budget so dont care if i could buy better brands etc.

all i want to know is
a:will it phsicly fit together?
b: will it actually run? (it should run gta v at medium setings reasonably well according to its specs)
c:is there anything else i need?

That's a solid budget build. But the only compatibility issue is that the Gigabyte F2A78M-DS2, which is AMD A78 chipset based motherboard, may need a BIOS update for even to recognize the Kaveri CPU, AMD Athlon X4 860K.
