I can't say if that psu is enough without knowing what video card you have. The parts are compatible. I would try to get 2x4GB RAM instead of 1x8GB.

You don't need a Z87 motherboard. Save money and get a B85, H87, or H97.

What graphics card do you have? I think this build + a graphics card would take up a little bit more than 430 w. Go with 500w or even 470w to be safe. Also, buy a Z87 Motherboard ONLY if you want to overclock. If you do not wish to, you can buy the B or H versions of the MOBO like the H87/ H97, or even B85. So, every part is compatible. I'd recommend getting a better PSU though.

Yes, that will work most likely. It depends on the GPU but assuming it is on par with the CPU then I see no problems. Seems like your good to go.
