Will this build work?

intel core i5-4460 Boxed
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
Kingston HyperX Fury black HX318C10FBK2/8 (2x 4GB RAM)
Gigabyte G1.Sniper B6 Motherboard
550 Watt PSU (Don't know the brand)
I don't think a fan will be necessary since I'm not planning on overclocking my cpu and gpu

So, does this build work for 1080P gaming at high settings? And do these components match eachother at all?
And if this build works, is it also possible for me to get a cheaper mobo?

you NEED TO KNOW the brand and model from the psu.
you also want to be sure the ram is ddr3.
You want more air into your pc than out, even without ocing.

and yes if everything is good u can game at 1080p at high settings.
if your going to build the pc yourself, you might to consider a skylake build( 6th gen cpu compared to your 4th gen)

What PSU and CPU do you recommend me. It's my first pc build, so I don't know very much about cpu generations and PSU's. I'd like to keep it around the same price.
i5 4460: 182 euro
psu could be any price
My ram is DDR 3 btw forgot to mention that.
