Will this build work?

I used PCpartpicker. It says no problems, but i just wanted to double check. Will the cpu fan fit without the sticks of ram getting in the way? Also will everything fit in the case?

I would change to this cooler it's a bit better and 0 clearance issues.
What you have listed should all work.
A bit overkill on the power supply but still OK.

I was told it was important to have the ability to overclock. This PC is for gaming.

Also, should i wait for the 1070 graphics card or go with the 970
