Will this build work?

Hey,
so im thinking of buying this build and im wondering is these parts will work fine and the overclock possibiliteas for the cpu and the motherboard, please bear in mind gpu, psu and hdd is already bought so these parts cant be changed

The build:
Cpu: Intel core i5 6600k
Cooler: Cooler master hyper 212 evo
MoBo: Gigabyte Z170-HD3
Gpu: Msi gtx geforce 970 4 gb
Ram: Kingston hyperX fury ddr4 8 gb(2 x 4)
Psu: Corsair vs550
Hdd: WD blue 1 tb
Case: Fractal Design Define r4

So im wondering about your opinions on the build, different parts that would be better seen from an economic point of view, and also your thoughts about the overclocking on the cpu for this build

Looks great. That cooler should be good for at least a 4.5-4.6ghz OC with reasonable temperatures. I would strongly encourage you to add an SSD if you can budget it in.

Get a better PSU the Corsairs VS series is not good.
