Hello I was wondering if this build would work, I will be doing lite gaming and schoolwork and coding I also might learn animation. Any criticism is fine but I'd like to keep the budget at what it is or lower. Also is this MoBo good?

It will work, although I would recommend getting a much cheaper motherboard to allow you to upgrade to an RX 470 and maybe an SSD. Also change your PSU to atleast a tier 2 PSU, such as the Seasonic S12II
You could probably get a Mobo that will actually suit your needs for $60-80
