Is this build compatible, also if so can it run games like Rust and gta 5 at mid to max settings? Lastly anything you would change?

Solution
Apart from what's already been stated regarding buying gninto an old fx based setup.

1. The board/cpu chipset is ddr3 - you're listing ddr4.

2. You can't fit a full atx board into an matx case
That build is a bit out dated. You are running on the lower end of a 4-5 year old chip. That GTX 1050 Ti will NOT give you max settings..unless you are playing on 720p or lower...even then it is possible it could struggle. I would recommend you get a G4560 + B250 motherboard instead of stepping back in the past. The only thing that will increase is frustration.

Your build can easily play games like Rust and GTA V. The GTX 1050 Ti can handle any game.

But Intel builds will always prove more powerful and offer more value for money and performance. Moreover, the recent 7th generation products are even way better than the 6th generation Intel processors. I prefer buying a G4560/i3-7100 with a H110(updated BIOS)/B250 motherboard. If you pick these then the performance will be a lot more compared to your AMD build.
