Hello again. Yes with a bios that supports ivy bridge CPU's.

The motherboard may require a bios update, and the RAM may not be compatible or may run at reduced frequency due to its higher voltage requirement than what the mb recommends.
So in short, best case scenario is it won’t run properly, worst case, it wont work at all.
