Will this build work?

Hi everyone im doing my first build and i was wondering about these components.

i5 2500k

gigabyte gtx 560 ti soc sli/xfx radeon hd 6950 crossfire (need help on which to buy)

asus p8z68 v-pro motherboard

12gb ram

coolermaster HAF 932 (will this case fit my components?)

also need to know what psu i would need

CPU: the performance choice these days
Mobo: also consider Asrock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen 3
Ram: get either 2x4GB 1.5V CAS9 1600Mhz or two of the sets.
Case: Good solid case with great airflow, will fit the components listed
PSU: 750W PSU will be sufficient. Corsair/XFX/Seasonic/Antec

GPU: Whichever seems better for you. Performance is roughly the same when you OC the GTX560ti's.

I seem to remember lots of problems with the GTX 560Ti SOC Edition - you might want to look more into this.

The standard OC edition is fine, but I remember lots of RMA's on the SOC cards even after it was down-clocked from the factory 1GHz to 950MHz.

RAM - Make sure your looking at DUAL CHANNEL RAM. As rvilkman said, 2x4GB sticks 1600MHz, 1.v5, CL9 - G.Skill and Corsair Vengeance are popular and well recommended choices.

I would get a high quality 750-850w psu and I would get gtx560 ti sli as they are shorter and have less microstuttering in SLI.
