Will this cable configuration work?

So i have a Corsair 600W CXM and i want to power two Sapphire R9 270's (For Scrypt mining not gaming). Each card needs a single 6 pin pcie cable. The power supply comes with 2 pcie 6 pin plugs but they are part of the same cable if you know what i mean, as in, one 6 pin, and then some cables coming out of it and another 6 pin along the line. All i'm wondering is can you have two different cards on the same cable or can i only have one card on the cable line and then get a 6 pin power source from a converted 4 pin molex connection.

That power supply has a single rail design. This means it can deliver the full 46 amps at 12v thru the single cable. As long as the two cards don't exceed 46 amps, it should be fine.
