Will this case fit all my components?

I was looking at getting the Phanteks - ECLIPSE P400 TEMPERED GLASS ATX Mid Tower Case as it's easy on the wallet and looks cool to me. I just don't know whether it would fit all the other components like the motherboard and GPU.

These are the specs I'm looking at and any upgrades for a similar price point are appreciated too.

Yes they will all fit. They are compatible. I would change the PSU and Cooler.
