Question Will this case, with a vertically mounted 3 fan graphics card heat up the MB and M.2?

I'm getting ready to build a new PC, haven't built since 2016, and am planning / buying components now.

There is a case I am interested in:

Deep Cool CH780

If you notice, the vertically mounted graphics card is pretty snug up against the Motherboard.

The card I have is a 3 fan card, that last fan, the air does pass through.

Would this crate a cooling issue for the MB/M.2 SSD?

I am really interested in this kind of panoramic case, but none I have found check all of the boxes except the Hyte Y70, and I really don't want the touch screen nor the $369 price that comes with it.

Edit: I would like to Vertically mount my GPU.

Yeah, that's why the Hyte Y60 was out for me. It only had 3 vertical slots worth of space between the GPU and the Glass, and I had read that because of that there wasn't enough for adequate air flow to cool the GPU. This one seems to have more ample space there, as does the Y70 (4 slots + whatever is left between the last slot and the glass) and the Y40 (also has 4 slots though the Y40, which was also on my list, has some other issues that cause it to fall down the rankings).

This one however was more about the space between the GPU and the Motherboard. Just seems tight enough that hot air from the 3rd fan (which has pass through of the air) could blow directly on the MB, and cause some heat issues for that part of the motherboard / M.2 SSD's.

Right now, it seems the Hyte Y70 still is the only one checking all of the boxes, but wow ... do I ever hate to spend that kind of money on a case, especially since the touch screen is just something i don't care if I have or not.

If you look at the video above posted above, at the 4:51 mark, you can plainly see that the heat from the GPU, that last fan where most 3 fan GPU's actually pass air through blows right on the lower portion of the MB, just below the memory slots. M.2's are usually installed near there.
