Will This CD Install Windows 7 On Any Licensed HP Machine?

I'm eyeballing this CD on eBay (long URL is long, apologies in advance), and I'm about to acquire a HP 6930 Elitebook laptop that I intend on installing a SSD into, so...the question is, will this disc, as long as I have a licensed HP machine with product key, install Windows 7 onto a clean SSD without any hitches? Or do y'all recommend using Macrium Reflect to clone it onto the new SSD? Here is the disc in question, and thanks all of you in advance:

I doubt it. It's a recovery disk which means it's looking for specific hardware.
