Yes, although it doesn't really make sense to get a motherboard meant for overclocking for a CPU that can't be overclocked.

Yes, the i5 would be much better. And yes, it can run an SLI config with the hardware you mentioned earlier.

An i5 would be better, do you already own a gtx 760 and adding a second or are you buying two at the same time ?, I would rather buy a single powerful card for the price of two 760's
