Will this computer be able to handle video editing and the occasional game on 1080p

I'm mainly looking for a computer that I can edit and record video games I play from my consoles, but it would be a bonus if I could play the occasional game with good mods like Skyrim, GTA V, Fallout 4 and such on medium settings on 1080p monitor, will this computer be able to handle that?

What I can find about this pc is this:

-unbranded psu (probably a low tier psu that will kill your pc in a couple of years)
-random cheap motherboard (no idea what quality it is)
-stock cooler on a 7700 is not good. It can't really keep a 7700 cool
-random monitor, keyboard and mouse of questionable quality.

I honestly wouldn't go for it since they provide extremly minimal information.
The pc itself can do editing and gaming just fine but I wouldn't go for it.

Would you mind building one yourself. It's fun and really easy and you can get a better pc with an actuall good monitor, keyboard and mouse for around the same price.
