Will this computer be able to run bf4?

I have an I7-3770K CPU
GTX 650 ti GPU
2pieces of Kingston HyperX 4GB RAM
LED 1080P screen

Am I going to be able to play bf4 on ultra or at least at high quality with (minimum) 35 FPS?

yes it will im running I7 2600, gtx 460, 8 gigs of ram and never drop below 40 fps in bf3 you should be golden with this setup.

It'll be close at high quality if you keep the AA off. The 650ti boost would be better, or step up to the 660/760.

Here's a suggestion.

1. Drop the i7, get an i5 if it is purely for gaming and normal daily usage, invest the extra $100 into the GTX760. If it is too expensive, get a 7870XT.

My bad, I thought you want a PC but reading it again, you says you have it. Oh well, like others said, turn of AA and you'll have decent ~50fps around medium settings.
