No.
You can't overclock with b150 motherboard, either go for a non K cpu (i5 6500/i7 6700) or pick a proper z170 motherboard.
970 GTX won't suffice for 1080p/60fps maxed out for plenty modern titles, not to mention future games. (ex - Division, Deus Ex, The Witcher3)
