Personally i prefer gtx 970 for that budget!

Yep GTX970 (The Gigabyte Gaming is most Factory overclocked one, but the MSI Gaming is close on performance and has a silent mode)
Also, you don't need a WD BLUE if you have a SSD, just get a GREEN.
The EVGA Supernova G2 750W is a better PSU than that Rosewill
You're also missing a decent CPU Fan
