I'm building by first computer, already chose the components. I just want to know if it will work without any problems. I know the CPU can bottleneck in some games, no problems with this. Here's the build:

Graphics card - R9 290x
CPU - FX-6350
Power supply - EVGA 650w (100-n1-0650-l0 model)
Motherboard - Ga-78lmt-usb3 R2 Ddr3
RAM - 1600mhz Pc3-12800 8gb DDR3
HD - 1tb sata seagate
Case - Cl-g31b model 375x180x410mm
Cooler - Cooler Dex 1300rpm 120x120x25mm with 32 purple leds (frontal slot of the case)

Is it fine? I know its not so strong, I don't have much money and I'm not going to upgrade it, so I decided to pay more in the graphics card and CPU and use the cheapest compponents. I just want to know if it will work fine, I don't want it to explode.

Uh... I don't think I can find any cheaper CPU. I live in Brazil, and here the components are too expensive. I found one for R$180, it is 49 USD. I'm building the PC with used components, the total price is 472 USD. Those are the cheapest GPU and CPU I could find, I'm using a FX CPU just because its way cheaper when compared to others. The cheapest Ryzen I found costs 112 USD.

Yeah that's a very tricky budget to work with. The only thing I could suggest is maybe to save your money and wait until you can get something better, because as far as gaming goes there's no reason to spend that kind of money for some really old components. The 290X is a decent GPU but it has not really aged very well. It's always better to get something that you can expand and upgrade which in the long run will ensure your system lasts a long time, but as it is I wouldn't spend that kind of money for old components like that.

If you look around you can probably get an older Intel system maybe with a i5-4690K and a 960 on eBay or a similar site for around the $500 mark and that would be a better use of your money.

1: I would look at a modern CPU/ motherboard setup of equal value instead of the FX 6350 (a cheap Ryzen setup. One that can grow with you as your budget increases.
2: The 6350 WILL bottleneck the R9 290x. An older R9 280 / HD 7950 is about the most it can handle without limiting the GPU. Nothing bad will happen, it just won't make full use of a R9 290x

I can use a higher budget if its necessary. What components will use the full potential of a R9 290x? I don't want to upgrade it, just want to use the full potential of the GPU using the minimum budget. I chose the R9 290x because of its ridiculous price for its performance, I couldn't find any 270 as cheap as the 290x I found. I just want to use it without bottleneck, so what's the cheapest CPU and motherboard that can support its performance?

Update: The FX 6350 was bought, I changed it to a i5 2400 and the motherboard to a Pcware Lga 1155 that supports 1333 MHz DDR3. Is it better now? Will it work fine?
