Will this converter work for my 144hz monitot?

I was wondering if this conveter would work with my 144hz benq XL2411. I have a eurocom monster 4 thats a little less than a two years old it has mini dp ports and the monitor has a dvi duel link. Just dont want to go buy this converter and figure out it doesnt work.

Possibly. Active adapters are always uncertain though.
