Will this Cooler block anything on my MOBO?

Will this cooler block my RAM or anyhting on an ASUS Maximus Hero VI LGA1150 board?
Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler
I have a full ATX Case if that makes a difference.

Yes it will, it's a monstrosity, it will hover your RAM blocks, but it will not affect anything, however if you do have to change RAM at some point you'll have to take off your cooler

Just make sure you go with low profile RAM and you will be ok. G.Skill Ares or Corsair Vengeance LP or Corsair XMS3 are examples of RAM sticks with low profile heat spreaders.

don't worry about the LP, Vengeance are great RAM's, and the RAM will fit fine, as i said, it'll just hover over them, not touch them
