Will this cooler fit in the case?

I have a NZXT guardian 921rb blue and i was wondering if a NZXT 120mm Sleeve Direct Touch 4 Heat Pipe CPU Cooler (RC-RST40-01) will fit in the case height wise?

If you take out the side panel fan, the cooler will fit, because here is fromm NZXT: CPU COOLER CLEARANCE 144.4mm (with fan) 169.4mm (without fan) http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/109-guardian-921-rb-case and the cooler is normal 120mm one that is 160mm tall.
Even you don't like this, but I still say take this or take that. If you need the side panel fan, then you may get the H2O cooler or low profile one.

great cooler only 112mm high , may have to remove bottom fan if high profile ram

this cooler stands 105mm tall so you can leave the case fan on your door ,
you may have to remove bottom fan depending on high profile ram ?
