Will this cooler fit my case?

I want to cool my Athlon x4 760k gpu with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. My computer is the HP p7-1414 link: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&docname=c03499587 Someone said it would fit but I wanted to make sure.

Yes it fits. The cooler is shorter than the case depth.

It should fit. You can also simply verify by measuring the space between the processor and side panel. If there is more the 160mm of space then it will fit.
