Will this cooler work with the 1070

I'm back again and I've now ordered my processor and motherboard, etc. I was wondering if the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan would be okay with the 1070 and not blow my house up.

1070, is that a intel cpu? I am not that into intel, but i have never heard that number... can you clarify? Or are you trying to put a cpu cooler on a gpu?

In that case, since it's a cpu cooler then i would not try to make it fit. Why not keep the stock cooler? I am sure it will do what it needs, even if you are going for max oc.

Or are you simple asking if those two, in the same case will be loud?
