Will this CPU be ok for only video streaming?

Looking for cheap desktop for only streaming video from my external HDD's. Thought about a laptop but the cost was higher than I wanted to get a decent CPU

I found an HP with these specs, $150 for the desktop and monitor which I do not need so I can flip it.

Intel G4560T chip 2.9 GHz
Integrated Intel HD 610 graphics


I was looking at a desktop with an i3 8100, UHD 630 graphics but it was $235

Thoughts?

What sort of content are these videos? HD? I think if it's just for streaming, it should be fine. If you couple anything on that system in terms of multitasking, then you will see some bog downs.

Internet and streaming video only. Maybe some emulators with older Nintendo games.

I just worry that the i3 8100 unit that is 100 more is so much better maybe I should go that route but man, the HP 270-p013wb is so cheap and I have read great things about the Intel g4560 chip
