Will this CPU bottleneck laptops performance

I am thinking of buying this laptop,

and have noticed how mediocre the CPU (APU - in actuality) is, and am wondering whether its performance will bottleneck the dedicated graphics card HD 8570m's gaming performance.

I am most aware this is a very mediocre laptop, and am not expecting much for the price, but would like to be able to play some games on the side of using it for word processing and Photoshop.

^Your link got some issues.
That is pretty low end GPU so aint think it will bottleneck whatever CPU it is.
