Will this CPU bottleneck my GPU ?

Hi everyone, I'm Upgrading my PC and I've purchased a Sapphire R9 290 and my Current Processor ( AMD Phenom II x4 965 ) Bottlenecks my GPU .

I'm planning to get a AMD FX 8350 for my R9 290 but will an AMD FX 8350 Bottleneck a R9 290 ?

An R9 290 will not bottleneck the FX 8350. If it did, AMD would be making a pretty big business mistake, seeing as the 8350 was AMD's best processor at the time of the R9 290 launch.
