Will fx-8120 bottleneck gtx970?
If so will using amd hd 6950 with fx-8120 show better performance than using gtx970 with fx-8120

Yes, there will be some bottleneck with that CPU, but its intensity will vary depending on the game. Even with bottle neck in the equation, the GTX 970 will still provide better gaming experience than the HD 6950.
