The cpu is ok, I'm actually concerned about the gpu, is not a bad one, but is kinda old. It performs like a 1050TI. I suggest a rx 580 or 570. you can find them also used if you are on a budget. Make sure that your psu is not a crappy one and can also handle a gtx 780! Ask in case of daubts

Thanks for your reply. I have an old mobo that can only support 200 series amd or 700 series Nvidia. I have a 1050 in my laptop and I would hope the 780 out performs it! https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-780-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1050-Ti/2164vs3649

Ok I see, in that case a 780 is perfect. It will perform a bit better than a 1050ti. If you are confortable with that psu is ok, just go with the 780. Anyway, normally i choose a 80+ gold psu. Im not saying that your is bad, just that you don't have a good certification, but that does not mean that your pc will explode, also because evga has some good psu. in your case 600W are perfect because you don't put any stress on the psu (your system will draw 300-350W i guess), so even with a low certification you have less probability that your psu will die.

I had have preferred at least a bronze certification, but I got this white for $20 and for a budget build I couldn't pass it up. Thanks for your help!
