Will this CPU cooler fit on my mother board?

Hi guys, I have just bought an Asus Crosshair IV motherboard and i was wondering if the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 will fit on it? It looks quite big and i dont want to loose any RAM or GPU space. Im fed up with my stock AMD cooler which is loud and doesnt keep the cpu cool enough at full load.
