will this cpu cooler fit on my motherboard?

My mother board is Asus Maximus V Gene and i want to put a Cooler Master V8 GTS with G.Skill
F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL and two Asus
GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 video cards

Check whether the V8 come with a pre-applied thermal compound and then you may drop the AS5 for now.

the build looks awesome, however for a 760 SLI, 700W psu is recommended. consider the links below

no need for a 3820 Yasin. you wont see any difference for the extra money. Stick with the previous build.

If not that cpu what other motherboard what do u recommend me for the same amount of money that looks pretty nice? I want to buy everything from amazon and i cant find anything. Btw can u advice me a cpu with the same socket as the motherboard?
