Question Will this CPU cooler fit with 4 dimms of ram?

Hi there,

I'm planning to get a new cpu cooler and because I use all the ram slots( 4 dimms) on my Gigabyte Z87 HD3 I am worried that the air cooler DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 V2 will not make enough clearance for ram slots so please, can you help me ?

The 400 shouldn't impede on the ram in any way, should be right up next to it though.
