Question Will this CPU work on my motherboard?

So I have an AsRock A55M - HVS, and I am planning on upgrading my CPU, and I've read somewhere that there's more factors deciding if it will fit than just the socket. I am planning on upgrading to an Athlon X4 651K. Would it work with my motherboard? Thanks.
