Will this Dell PSU work for the parts that I want to purchase or should I upgrade?

This is my parts list that I plan to use for a complete build.

The case is the Aurora case that I removed all of the plastic parts from. The Hard Drive is a Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM 1TB drive from the same Alienware. I plan to connect that drive to my current setup using usb 3.1 to Sata III, wipe the drive and do a fresh install of windows 10 on that drive from an online license. Then use the HDD with this build. Should I even waste my time with the used Dell PSU or should I just pop another $50 for a decent PSU. The HDD as well, its a good drive, lightly used but should I just pop another $50 and go for a new HDD and install windows the same way.

it should work, some dell psu's would require an adapter to use with a standard 24-pin motherboard however




are you buying those parts new? if so waste of money


makes no sense to buy am3 build right now

there are much better options for the money, makes no sense to buy am3 build right now

with a bios update you can toss in a kaby lake i5 or i7

then the sky would be the limit on gpu's you could run

I really prefer to use amazon as my only merchant as well because I have prime and I can usually get things in one day. I could switch the memory and GPU and CPU easily enough but I would need a different MOBO as I do not see that one on Amazon.
