Will this DVI cable work with this port?

Hey!

I'm just gonna make this a quick question:

R9 280X amazon image:

In the image of the 280X on amazon we can see the dual link DVI-I connector of the graphics card and i was wondering if the cable that comes with the monitor i want (an image of this is posted below) will work together, as the cables seem to have a slightly different shape. Finally I was wondering if someone could answer if this cable would allow for 144hz gaming. Thanks!

Yah just use a dvi-d duel link cable, not single link this picture shows the difference: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2e/Dvi-d_types.svg

EDIT: Just noticed your using a 144hz panel so no hdmi. Yes dvi-d dual link can support 144hz, make sure it is dual link single link cant support those high refresh rates.
