Will this fit in my Optiplex 780 MT?

Solution
Unfortunately, no. Dell didn't design that model for much gaming expansion. If this is your PC: http://www.linhanh.vn/Upload/image/product/xac-dell-optiplex-gx780mt-case-dung-to-nhap-tu-my-du-thung-hop-pdte840416780_3_04-09-2014-10-19-12.jpg
..you'll notice where they placed the PCIe x16 slot. There is only room for a single slot card. If you still want a GTX 750 Ti, you may have to settle for one that isn't quite as "cool looking". http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127836

I have the exact same model and upgrading the graphics card was a big pain. There were so many good cards at a cheaper price, but I couldn't get them because they were too long or fat. I had about enough of this problem and just decided to build a PC, seeing as the motherboard was running on the dated socket 775 anyways. This was the card that actually fit in the slot (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1N82KS5514&cm_re=r7_240-_-14-121-799-_-Product). I didn't buy it at that ridiculous price, thankfully I got it way cheaper on eBay.

Haha yeah I would never recommend a 240 to anyone. I was just offering an example so you could compare :). Good thing you went with the 750, good performance and no power connectors needed.
